The location stood out. just two blocks from the main square, making it easy to explore Cluj. the absence of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when I had to carry my luggage up three flights of wobbly stairs. Parking posed a challenge, with limited availability and high costs. The furnishings felt outdated and didn't add to the charm of the stay. Despite these issues, the staff remained helpful and accommodating, adding a nice touch to the experience.
